If you were given a breath test or had blood drawn, you have 20 days to request an administrative hearing from the DOL. Failure to do so will cause a mandatory license suspension of at least 90 days for a first time offense. The DOL is separate from a criminal court case, so even if you have not been charged or given a court date, you will still receive a license suspension if you do not respond within 20 days.
