I MISSED MY COURT DATE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Washington court rules require you to respond to a traffic infraction within 15 days of issuance. To fight your ticket, you must check off the box, “I want a contested hearing” and mail your ticket back to the court. If you hire me within 15 days, I get the court date for you and you do not need to send the ticket back. Being late on a ticket will cause it to be put in default and your license will be suspended.
Did you know that you can order your driving abstract for $13.00 and download it instantly? Having your driving abstract ready before an appointment about a license suspension case will make the process easier.
We’ve handled and gotten thousands of tickets dismissed for our clients all across Western Washington. When you get a raw deal, we push back and get fines significantly reduced by using the law to our advantage. Call 425-260-9366 to talk about your ticket and how we can help win your case.
